“In looking for a coach, I wanted mindfulness to be at the center of the dialogue – Jason’s approach honors this in such an inspiring way. Creating change within oneself often requires some hard conversations. No matter the topic, Jason always asks questions and offers feedback in an open, positive manner. I’ve been particularly impressed by his ability to offer external resources and tools as companion pieces to our coaching times. The experience has equipped me with the vocabulary and the practices to be a more mindful, productive leader.”
